The rules for using https://buyhome9.com. Please read these carefully โ€” they include important disclaimers about real-estate matching.

Important disclaimer: BuyHome9 is a buyer-matching service. We are not a licensed real-estate broker, mortgage lender, financial advisor, attorney, or escrow company. Every transaction is between you and the seller, with closings handled by licensed third parties.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using https://buyhome9.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What we do (and don't do)

BuyHome9 matches home buyers with sellers offering owner financing, seller financing, subject-to, and similar transaction structures. We are not:

  • A licensed real-estate brokerage in any state.
  • A mortgage lender, mortgage broker, or financial institution.
  • An attorney or law firm.
  • An escrow company, title company, or settlement agent.
  • A financial, legal, or tax advisor.

We do not represent buyers or sellers in negotiations, do not have fiduciary duties to you, and do not guarantee any match will result in a transaction. You should consult licensed professionals (attorney, accountant, real-estate broker, title company) before entering into any real-estate transaction.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the law of your jurisdiction. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Your account & submissions

When you submit a buy box you represent that the information is true, accurate, and your own. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. Do not submit information about another person without their permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, defraud, or solicit other users.
  • Scrape, copy, or reuse content from the Service except as expressly allowed.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Service.
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable law (including fair housing laws).

6. Fair housing

BuyHome9 supports the principles of the Fair Housing Act. We do not facilitate discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other protected class. Any selection criteria you submit must comply with applicable fair-housing laws.

7. Communications

By submitting a form you agree we can contact you by email, phone, and SMS as described in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Disclosures. You can opt out at any time without losing access to the Service for non-marketing purposes.

8. Fees

The Service is currently free for buyers. We may earn a fee from sellers, real-estate professionals, or closing partners on completed transactions. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with prior notice.

9. Third-party services

The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or content (e.g., title companies, lenders, advertising platforms, mapping services). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Service โ€” including text, graphics, code, and trademarks โ€” is owned by BuyHome9 or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that any match will result in a closed transaction, that property descriptions will be accurate, that titles will be clear, or that any seller or partner will perform.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including approval for financing, closing timelines, interest rates, or property values. Past performance and case-study results do not guarantee future results.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyHome9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuyHome9 from any claim, demand, loss, or damage arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual-property or fair-housing rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
